Cocktails received the real development in the 1920-1930th years when many classical cocktails which have today big success in world bars were thought up. In those days in Paris there were Bloody Mary and Side Car, in Italy - Americano and Negroni. Cocktails called American Drinks as them prepared for Americans who looked for abroad the feelings forbidden in the country. During time of «the dry law» in the United States it is also hidden mixed different drinks, trying to hide taste of alcohol. Today the fashion comes back to cocktails with new force that promoted by emergence of the new liqueurs, unusual aromas and exotic fruits, and also the special atmosphere peculiar to uneasy times and mixed drinks. In the Parisian institution Harry's New York Bar argue that many classical cocktails were created exactly here in the first half of the last century. However not all with it agree, considering that the bar put the name and on some another's creations. One is exact: White Lady cocktail was obviously thought up by Harry Macque-Elonom who worked in the beginning here as the barman, and late became the owner of an institution. The whole network «Harri'z of bars» was open in the different cities of the world. But from them only Harry's Bar in Venice gave the birth to durable creations, for example, to Bellini cocktail.
